Our client is one of South Africa’s leading retail companies. The Health and Safety sector of the company needed assistance with transforming their in-classroom learning on the topic of Health and Safety into engaging eLearning courses. The key objective was to create a series of engaging eLearning modules that equipped the company’s associates with the required knowledge and skills to meet a high standard of health and safety practice.
The G2C Learning team was able to conceptualise interactive and engaging Health and Safety courses through the use of different learning devices. A combination of interactive activities and quizzes was used to test the associate’s knowledge. As well as interactive scenario-based learning to give associated a safe space to apply their learning to a real-world work situation. And lastly, 360 videos to make the learning engaging but also more relatable to their work environments.
The result was a series of 8 interactive eLearning courses that were well received.
