The Brief

Incorporate videos, learner interactivity, and essential compliance training into a linear, easy to navigate learning module with a learner assessment at the end.

The Audience

Organisation wide with the consideration that a large part of the workforce was based in-store and in distribution depots. This meant that the learning needed to be consumed by a varied audience

Mid-level management who manage teams of varying sizes. This was required learning for all managers across the bank.

The ultimate goal was to empower leadership, employees and partners (vendors) to live the customer promise.

The target audience for the game was all MultiChoice employees providing both an internal and external customer experience.

The Objective

The Customer First Game, "Playing to the Win the Customers," aimed to embed learning and create an immersive customer-centric experience.
